Good basic hotel close to the airport & NEC. Service in restaurant (by Harman) was pleasant and efficient. Dinner was fine & good value. Rooms are basic but clean and.all you need for a one night stay. Slept well. Would have given the hotel 5 stars but the check in process was woeful - confusion the best way to describe it!

Food was fine and sufficient for me. Vishnu was so attentive. Everything arrived so promptly without me feeling rushed. Made my feel very comfortable and valued. Credit to the hotel. Food price was acceptable as it is next to the airport. Thanks

Basic hotel. Minimal room, toilet separate cubical, shower was metal container in main room, with sink in main room too. Very cramped. Worth it if you are getting up for early flight, as it is 3 mins walk from airport. Expect no luxury here, just a place to put your head down for a few hours. Alcohol ridiculously expensive, £6.80 for a pint and £8.00 for a double shot.

We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant-Sophia was our server & she was attentive friendly and very helpful… the food was served super quick & was piping hot… we had a brilliant experience ……………………………………………………………,,,,,,,,,,,…………………..

The service was fantastic. Matthew and David in the bar were great and very friendly. Will come here again next time I am staying for a flight.
